Hotel guests can use our in-house fitness studio "Fit am Fluss" - right next to the hotel - free of charge. On 500 m2 there are various training areas for cardio or circuit training and a free weights area. All areas are equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment from Hammer Strength.

If you prefer to relax after an eventful day in Franconian Switzerland, you can use the sauna area of our fitness studio with Finnish sauna (90°C).

Fitness studio opening hours:
Monday to Sunday from 8:00 to 22:00

Sauna opening hours:
Monday to Sunday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
(summertime from 17:00 to 22:00)

Every Wednesday:
Women's sauna (no access for men)
